Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Set Set Pass, you agree to these Terms, the Rules, the Privacy Policy, and feature-specific policies shown to you. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to accept these Terms. A minor may use the service only with required permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.

• Provide accurate registration information and protect your sign-in method.
• Do not sell, transfer, lend, or obtain another person’s account.
• Usernames are permanent except when changed for safety, legal, operational, or rebranding reasons.
• Report suspected account compromise promptly through Support.

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use Set Set Pass as intended while following these Terms. You may not resell, attack, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape at disruptive scale, bypass controls, or use it to operate a competing service except where law expressly permits.

Set Set Pass supplies tools for manual card-game matches. Players remain responsible for legal actions, communication, rulings, and game states. We do not guarantee a particular ruling, opponent, rank, result, or uninterrupted match.

Third-party game rules, card names, artwork, and marks belong to their respective owners. Set Set Pass is not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners unless expressly stated.

• Coins, rarities, sleeves, mats, and other virtual items are limited licenses inside Set Set Pass. They have no cash value and are not currency, property, or investments.
• Rewards and purchases may be corrected after error, fraud, reversal, abuse, or an invalid transaction.
• A custom-upload purchase unlocks one design. A replacement may require another purchase as shown at checkout.
• Removing prohibited content or restricting an account does not create a right to replacement coins or items.

You keep rights you hold in submitted content. You grant Set Set Pass a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, resize, display, and transmit it as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. The license ends after deletion except where backups, legal records, moderation evidence, or content already shared with others must reasonably remain.

You confirm that you hold the necessary rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms or creates legal, safety, or service risk.

Authorized staff may review reported messages and necessary records for safety, support, abuse prevention, or legal compliance. Match actions, chat, judge calls, decisions, and replays may be recorded. Public or watchable matches may be viewed as indicated in the interface.

We may investigate violations, limit features, freeze or ban accounts, correct records, and remove content. Serious risks may require action without advance notice. You may stop using the service and request deletion through Support.

Features, formats, seasons, prices, rewards, and availability may change. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, or error-free results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Set Set Pass and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, profits, or goodwill. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Material revisions will receive a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-service notice. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance where law permits. Send questions, complaints, and account requests through Support.
